Cherokee County Sheriff Bill Blanton identified the killer that terrorized Gaffney, South Carolina as 42 year old Patrick Tracy Burris. The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office has upped the reward to $20,000 for information on the man wanted in five shooting deaths in Gaffney, South Carolina. In a statement released this morning, the department says there are no changes in the status of the case and the Sheriff will not be making any comments.
