Italian Soap Opera: Sex, Lies, No Videotape (Yet)

January 27, 2011 - 7:29 AM | by: Greg Burke

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, caught in a major political crisis on account of the wild “Bunga-Bunga” sex parties that allegedly took place at his home, could be in even more trouble after leaks to Italian newspapers show that prosecutors believe a second minor — in addition to the Moroccan dancer known as “Ruby the Heartstealer” — was present for the sexfests.

Prosecutors are trying to show that the 74-year-old Berlusconi had a stable of young women who would come to his home for dinner, and after the meal would provide red-light entertainment for Berlusconi and a couple of his friends. Berlusconi denies all the allegations, insisting that he has never paid for sex, and that dinners at his home only take place in an atmosphere of class and good manners.

But phone taps on some of those women who have attended the parties have been leaked to the Italian press, and they suggest the Prime Minister’s villa became pretty much a brothel after those dinners, so crude that even one stripper was shocked by the atmosphere.

The most recent leaks — from documents sent from the Milan prosecutors’ office to Parliament — also claim there was a second underaged woman at the parties besides Ruby. She’s been identified as a Brazilian named Iris, and allegedly frequented Berlusconi’s home in November of 2009, just before she turned 18.
