Snow Snarls Travel in Northeast

Spins outs and several jackknifed tractor trailers have been reported.
Amtrak reports Acela service between New York City and Boston is still down as of noon after a tree fell across the track and damaged the overhead wire system in Sharon, Massachusetts.
Logan Airport is open but very, very quite today. Flights are cancelled and no word yet when flights will resume.
Snow plow drivers say crew can expect to be clearing snow and dropping salt for at least another 20 hours.
Nstar says 20,000 are without power. National Grid reporting 70,000.
