Pain Killer Addicts Find Help In Kentucky

“I just can’t believe that I am sober. When I found Oxycontin 10 years ago, I never thought a day would go by without me using it.” said one addict to a group of law enforcement, politicians, and media at round table discussion.
The program boasts a recovery rate of 65% (5 times the national average), while only costing patients $25.00 per day for a six to nine month program.
It’s the largest recovery shelter in Kentucky, serving 540,000 meals to the homeless, and helping 6500 people with addictions a year.
It’s also said to save taxpayers millions in ER and prison costs, while providing health services to thousands of patients a year.
