Welcome to the Greatest Show in Chicago; “The Blago Arrival Circus”.  Every morning before his arrival, people line up behind barricades waiting to catch a glimpse of Ex-Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich.  Once he exits his vehicle they start screaming his name and asking for pictures and autographs.
