DES MOINES- Governor Tim Pawlenty (R-MN) took a slogan from President Obama and changed it slightly to fit the mood of the party last night. Stating repeatedly that he was “Fired up and ready to fight”, Pawlenty spoke for about a half hour at an annual Republican fundraiser.

The Governor was in Des Moines Saturday night to speak to all Iowa Republicans, and some say test the waters for a possible 2012 bid for President.
