November 3, 2009 - 5:24 PM | by: Tom Jachman

Dr. Thomas Frieden, MD said at today's CDC H1N1 briefing that the H1N1 virus is widespread throughout the United States, although there continues to be an increase in the number of vaccinations available. Dr. Frieden also stressed that those in the top risk groups should be vaccinated first and should try to be persistent in obtaining the vaccination. Watch highlights from today's briefing below.

How is the CDC keeping track of the # of cases of H1N1 ?My Doc has given me a round of TamaFlu - it started with earache & hearing loss all the symptoms listed on CDC site. Hearing loss & earache returned & now on Cefiroxime (antibiotic) I have Meniere's, Chronic Bronc. Had Polio, all auto immune diseases- so I know I have H1N1 but too sick to go to office 4 test After first visit. No one has reported me as a CASE !!

Can anyone from the 'Fair and Balanced' Fox News Network explain why there has been a media blackout in the U.S. concerning the fact that there is a major outbreak in the Ukraine of a H1N1/H5N1 which two days ago there were over 200,000 people infected, and now there are more than 400,000 people infected? This is a MAJOR STORY! Why is this NOT plastered on the front page of every major media outlet on the planet?!
