U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Alejandro Mayorkas spoke to the media Wednesday in Chicago, and stated that despite a budget shortfall in excess of 100 million dollars, immigration reform remains a priority. The Director was in Chicago to meet with staff and the community in an effort to make the agency more transparent.
