U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan joined Mayor Richard M. Daley for a press conference at City Hall in Chicago today. They discussed the Obama Administration’s plan to combat youth violence in Chicago and across the nation. The press conference came in response to the beating death of honor student Derrion Albert outside Chicago's Fenger High School.
