Majority Whip Calls for Bipartisan Effort

During a listening session regarding health insurance reform that is being considered in Congress, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) said that the bill will need bipartisan support in order to pass. With the passing of Senator Kennedy (D-MA) Democrats are now one vote short of the filibuster proof 60 votes.
