Blanket, Feldman the Post-Tribute Buzz

July 8, 2009 - 12:34 PM | by: Hollie Mckay

The buzz in LA post-memorial is focusing on Michael's adorable kids (good buzz, who will ever forget Paris' tearful farewell, plus we saw Blanket for the first time ever) and Corey Feldman's bizarre Jackson impersonation at the Staples Center (bad buzz, what was he thinking?). I talked to longtime Hollywood publicist Michael Sands for my Pop Tarts column and he was disgusted by Feldman, told me Corey was "trying to jumpstart his career by parasiting off of an old quasi friendship with Michael."

Meanwhile, the mystery over what is happening with Jackson's remains, well, remains. Am tracking down a few leads and will check back in with any insight...

I think Blanket is just adorable looking! He looks just like his Dad!

Leave Cory alone. I swear the reporters are so against Cory Feldman. He is a nice guy who liked Michael Jackson. Like he was the only one dressed like him, PLEASE!!!!!!

After seeing pictures of the kids, I am inclined to believe that MJ was their biological father.

Paris' tearful goodbye was the highlight of the event. Debate in the office this morning was that her line that her dad was the best in the world was fed to her. i choose not to be that cynical.

The real mystery is where was Michael Jackson's father yesterday during the memorial? It looks like his family made him disappear after he tried used MJ's death to push his record company. Much worse than anything Corey Feldman did . . .

Corey Feldman and Jacko never had a real friendship. He's just trying to generate buzz for "Goonies: 20 Years Later."

The real question is who is the biological father to Jackson's kids. Quite obviously it's not him.

Surely there is some paperwork somewhere that states Debbie Rowe reliquishes her rights to Prince and Paris! I assume since his name is listed on the birth certificate there was not a legal adoption of the children? I pray the State of California keeps the best interest of two innocent children at heart! I hope Prince and Paris have the opportunity to state where they want to reside! I am sure they are of age to make that decision!

no really*taps fingers on desk*......who does it matter if they are his bioligical children or not? every day people adopt and when they die you don't start hunting the biological parents!!!and no matter what anyone writes not one of you out there know what the truth is and really what does it change in your own personal lives??? most people were calling him down before he died and now its oh poor michael....a good percentage are nothing but hypocrites who had cast him aside anyways!most but not all of you people are hypocrites who probably are too lazy to do anything but find gossip....some of you remind me of nelly and her mother on little house in the praire....get a life!!!

oh and another thing wich i find TOTALLY disgusting is this.......all of the black people in america are saying he was like a tribute to their bklack heritage...well wake up people!!! he was OBVIOUSLY doing ANYTHING that money could buy not to be black!!! do you really think he would have had babies with a black woman????? of course not!!! he wanted them as white as possible!!!! i find it so disgusting that this man actually shunned his heritage by tryin to turn himself white!!! there is nothing wrong with the heritage we are born with and we should all stand up and be proud even if you are born pink with purple polkia dots!!!!! son all of you black people out there saying he is part of your heritage well your level of proudness is very grotesque and this is coming from a white person!!!!

He was a beautiful angel put on this earth to try and help others and spread his goodness. It's a real shame when people have nothing better to do than to make up evil and hurtful stories. I hope you are proud of yourselves. Michael has met his maker and I am sure he has already earned his wings. Just remember, you too will be judged one day. I hope for your sake that you are not persecuted by the ones you love before you die. Neverland Forever!

NOT RACIST

Why is it that every time somewhere disagrees with what black people think they are called a racist. I see more racism in black people than i do white. Wake up!! Stop having illegitimate babies that all of us have to support - in other words - put a permanent cap on it or try keeping it in your pants for a change. No one agrees with discrimination but take responsibility for your actions and stop acting like you are "due" anything. Work for it!!

Of course Michaels father was there. You could see Him when the people who spoke went to greet the family. Whatever You may think of Michael this was a beautiful trubute. With all the coverage on TV everyday I said I wasn't going to watch the memorial but I did. Considering the short time they had to put ot together they did a wonderful job.

NOT RACIST: I completely agree! You sound like u live in the south as I do. Only God can start this revolution thats much needed for these people! I dont think you are racist at all, you are just stating the OBVIOUS!!!!! And i completely agree with you on blacks being more racist than whites. I have actually looked up the statistics on the internet before!

How I agree with you. The public, his fans, family, weirdo Rev. Sharpton, and some of the news people are off their balance beams. Have we soon forgotten people that were true to their craft: Dean Martin, Elvis, the Beatles, Perry Como, Nancy Sinatra, just to name a few. The singers and entertainers from the past can hold a candle way above Michael Jackson.
