The autopsy report is back and it confirms former NFL quarterback Steve McNair was shot twice in the head and twice in the chest in his Nashville condominium. Police are now saying that McNair had been dating 20-year old Sahel Kazemi for several months. She was also found dead- on the floor next to McNair with a bullet to the head. A semi-automatic pistol was found beneath her. Police are not yet calling this a murder-suicide, but they do say McNair's death is a homicide, and, at this point, they are not looking for any suspects in the crime. Toxicology and other tests will be back in a few days.

The couple was found early Saturday morning. They both had been dead for hours. McNair had been seen at a couple Nashville bars the night before. Witnesses say Kazemi's car was seen at the condo before McNair arrived early Saturday. McNair leaves behind a wife and children.
