Miami, Fl-Fox confirms The 29 -year old daughter of actor Billy Bob Thornton has been indicted on charges in the death of a 1-year-old girl she was baby sitting in central Florida.

Ocoee, FL resident Amanda Brumfield  is facing charges of first-degree murder,aggravated child abuse,aggravated manslaughter, and neglect of a child.

Court records show she told investigators the infant who died in her care in October acted normally and ate bananas after she fell from a playpen and hit her head. But detectives believe Brumfield's story is inconsistent with the girl's injuries.
